Calculation period:
The performance statistics of this IB Reward Program are calculated daily from the date of the application to become an IB to the total deposit amount accumulated in 90 days. IBs must meet rewards standards (including net deposits and traded lots) before applying for threshold rewards from the IBs' back-end. If the rewards are applied before the 15th of each month, they will be credited to the qualified IBs' commission account by the 10th of the following month. Meanwhile, if the rewards are applied after the 16th, they will be delivered by the 20th of the next month.

Conflict:

- Ultima Markets reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its offers or promotions if: a) churning (the opening and closing of margin FX or CFD transactions just for the benefit of earning a benefit); b) the client is found to be in violation of its client agreement or has breached the terms and conditions of the promotions. In case of such misconduct or breach, Ultima Markets shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.
- Ultima Markets may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on Ultima Markets website. You are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by your continued use of Ultima Markets website and services, you accept any such modified terms. Ultima Markets reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.
- Ultima Markets may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease or discontinue any of its promotions.
- All Ultima Markets promotions only apply to valid Standard STP and ECN accounts.
